Klaus Bachler (Austria), Alex Malykhin (Great Britain) and Joel Sturm (Germany) improved by twelve positions over the six-hour race distance, making them the first LMGT3 World Champions in the history of the WEC.

Thomas Preining crossed the finish line in fourth place in Sunday's race after finishing sixth in race one. This was his 28th consecutive race in the points since the start of the 2023 DTM season.
